Programs

Leadership and team development programs, built for the level the work happens at.

Every program runs on the same spine: diagnostic, live labs, AI practice, workplace application, manager reinforcement, review. Only the scale and depth differ.

Team & Culture

Where most client relationships start.

The team-building practice we’ve run for 18 years: facilitated experiences that build trust and shared language. Not an end in itself: the front door to capability work.

Frequently asked questions

Four Domain Labs (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning), three integrated journeys (Manager Operating System, Team Performance Architecture, Executive Capability Journey), plus the Capability Diagnostic, the Capability OS subscription, and licensing for internal L&D teams.

From a single intact team to manager cohorts in large organizations. Domain Labs run as cohorts; Team Performance Architecture is built with the intact team; the Manager Operating System serves manager cohorts. The diagnostic sets the right scale.

Both. Labs are delivered live, on-site or online, and the AI-personalized practice and manager reinforcement run between sessions regardless of format. We work with teams across Romania and the wider region.

With a 45-minute diagnostic conversation, no pitch deck. From there, the Capability Diagnostic maps the real behavioral gaps and recommends the right program, built on gaps, not on fashionable topics.

A diagnostic, facilitated labs, practice between sessions, and a re-measurement at the end, not a course day. Work starts with the Capability Diagnostic, which maps the organization’s 12 behavioral clusters, then runs the Domain Labs (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning) against the gaps that actually cost the business. Between labs, AI-personalized practice and line-manager reinforcement move the behavior into everyday work. 600+ programs delivered, rated 9.27/10.

The Manager Operating System runs 4–6 months with a cohort of managers: a baseline diagnostic, four domain modules (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning) applied to the manager’s actual role, then reinforcement and re-measurement. It is built for people who manage people rather than projects: newly promoted managers, middle managers, and team leads who have to set direction, hold commitments, and run difficult conversations. It is an operating system practiced in the flow of work, not a course.

Team training changes how a team works; team building changes how it feels. Team Performance Architecture runs 3–4 months with the intact team and its leader, and builds three things: the operating cadence (meetings, syncs, decisions), explicit decision rights, and feedback loops that keep the team honest. Team building stays as the front door: a well-facilitated day builds trust and connection, but it will not fix an architecture problem.

Yes, embedded in a program rather than sold as standalone sessions. At executive level, the Executive Capability Journey combines advisory and lab work with the leadership team. At manager level, coaching shows up as the reinforcement layer inside the Manager Operating System: line managers get observation cues and conversation guides, and AI-personalized practice delivers targeted remediation between modules. Isolated coaching produces insight; the system around it produces behavior.
