Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through azimut.team, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. The data controller is Team Azimut SRL, with its registered office at Str. Ioan Budai Deleanu nr. 64, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/928/03.03.2008 (“Azimut”, “we”).

The data we collect

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and to improve the site:

  • Contact details you enter in forms: name, work email, company, role, and your message.
  • If you complete the Capability Snapshot: your answers to the 12 statements and the scores derived from them (the four domain scores, overall score, main bottleneck, and recommended program), together with the role, scope, and organization size you select.
  • Technical and usage data, only with your consent: pages visited, source, device type (Google Analytics and HubSpot).
  • Anonymous performance statistics, without cookies and without identifying you (Vercel Analytics).

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To respond to requests and send the information you asked for; basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients.
  • To deliver your Capability Snapshot result and, if you tick the separate box, the monthly capability insight; the scores personalize the recommendation and any follow-up; basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • For analytics and marketing; basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.
  • To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting); basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the site and client relationship, acting as processors:

  • HubSpot (CRM, forms and website analytics): hosted in the EU/US under standard contractual clauses.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Workspace for email).
  • Vercel (site hosting and anonymous statistics).

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to answer your request and, if you become a client or consent, for follow-up communication, but no longer than 36 months from the last contact, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@azimut.team. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Automated decisions and AI

The marketing site makes no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you (Art. 22 GDPR). The Capability Snapshot does automatically compute, from your answers, a four-domain score and a program recommendation: a limited form of profiling, used only to show you your result and the right next step, with no significant effect on you. Future programs on the Capability OS platform may use AI for personalized practice; in those contexts we commit that AI is not used for employment or performance decisions, and individual reflections are not exposed to the employer except in aggregate. These commitments will be detailed separately when the platform launches.
