Team Building

Team building that changes something after the day ends.

Facilitated team building experiences for companies, from energy and trust to real collaboration. We’ve run the format for 18 years and trained over 20,000 participants. Not just the activity: the debrief and follow-up are the difference.

What’s included

Three formats, one facilitation standard.

An Azimut team building program combines facilitated activities with a structured debrief and follow-up, so the team leaves with meaning, shared language, and concrete behaviors, not just a pleasant day. It is the front door to capability development.

What sets us apart

The debrief, not the activity, makes team building.

Many vendors sell the activity. We design what remains after it. Every program has an objective, a structured debrief, and a follow-up, so what happened in the room makes it back to work.

  • Objective before activity: what you actually want to change in the team
  • Structured debrief: DO · FEEL · LEARN · ACT, not just “that was fun”
  • Follow-up: behaviors carried back to the workplace

Locations

Where we run team building.

We work with teams in Cluj-Napoca and across the country: on-site, at offsite venues, or online. We’ve gathered our venue recommendations into one guide.

Frequently asked questions

Facilitated experiences for teams (from energy and trust to real collaboration) with a structured debrief and follow-up, not just the activity itself. We have run the format for 18 years and trained over 20,000 participants. It is the front door to capability development work.

The debrief and the transfer. Many vendors sell the activity; we design what remains after it: meaning, shared language, and behaviors the team carries back to work. Facilitation and follow-up are the difference.

We work with teams in Cluj-Napoca and across the country: on-site, at offsite venues, or online. We choose the venue to fit the team’s objective, not the other way around; an agenda with intent matters more than the scenery.

It depends on three things: the number of participants, whether it is one day or two with accommodation, and how many facilitators are needed; we work with teams of 12 to 15 people per facilitator, so a large group needs several. Budget is set after a scoping conversation, not from a per-head price quoted before we know what you want to achieve.

From half a day to two days, depending on the objective. Half a day is enough for energy and connection. A full day also allows a substantive conversation. Two days make sense when the group needs informal time between sessions, or when you are working on something that will not resolve in a single round.

From a team of 8 to more than 120. Large groups are not run as one block: we split them into teams of 12 to 15, each with its own facilitator, and the exercises run in parallel. That is what lets a day build from one exercise to the next and gives every team a real debrief.

It works for what it can do: connection, trust, a conversation that would not otherwise happen. It does not work if you ask it to fix structural problems: unclear authority, contradictory priorities, tangled decision rights. What separates a pleasant day from a useful one is the debrief and what happens in the weeks afterwards.

You get a summary of what came out of the debrief (themes, commitments, things to follow up) plus a short guide for managers so the conversation continues in meetings that already exist. Without that layer, a team building stays a good memory rather than a change.

Start with a conversation

Tell us the behavior you need to change. We’ll show you the system that changes it.

A 45-minute diagnostic conversation, no pitch deck. You’ll leave with a sharper read on the capability gap, whether or not you work with us.
