These terms govern the use of azimut.team, operated by Team Azimut SRL, with its registered office at Str. Ioan Budai Deleanu nr. 64, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/928/03.03.2008 (“Azimut”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Using the site
The site’s content is for information. You may view and share content with attribution, but may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that impairs its operation.
Intellectual property
The Azimut mark, the program names and the Capability OS methodology, the copy and design elements belong to Team Azimut SRL or are used under licence. “Leadership Architecture” is an associated brand owned by Szilárd Kacsó.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
