Capability Development Partner · since 2008
We build capability that holds under pressure.
Azimut doesn’t sell workshop attendance. Capability OS combines facilitated labs, AI-personalized practice, and manager-reinforced progress, so behavior change actually sticks.

The method
One model. Four domains that reinforce each other.
Capability OS isn’t a course catalogue. It’s an operating model: each domain feeds the next, so progress compounds instead of fading after the workshop.
- Clarity: direction that reduces ambiguity
- Accountability: reliable execution, no drift
- Dialogue: collective intelligence, not silence
- Learning: adaptation, not repetition
The 4-domain Capability OS model
How it works
A fixed spine. Adaptive practice.
The program architecture is standardized: domains, clusters, rubrics, reporting. Only the practice adapts: scenarios, intensity, remediation, AI-personalized to each participant.
The program spine: from diagnostic to review

Frequently asked questions
Azimut is a capability development partner for companies: it builds the behaviors execution and collaboration depend on, through Capability OS: four domains (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning) broken into 12 measurable clusters. It delivers leadership, manager and team programs, plus corporate team building, across Romania and internationally. In business since 2008: 600+ programs delivered, 20,000+ participants trained, an average trainer score of 9.27/10.
A capability development partner is accountable for behavior change, not for delivering a course. It diagnoses which behavior is missing, designs the system that builds it (facilitated labs, practice between sessions, reinforcement by the participant’s own manager) and re-measures the same behavior at the end against the same rubric. A training vendor sells the day in the room. A capability partner owns what is still there three months later.
Team building, if the goal is connection, trust, or a conversation the team will not have on its own; one or two days covers it. Capability development, if the problem keeps returning: decisions reopened, commitments nobody tracks, feedback that only happens at review time. The practical test: if you ran something once and the problem was back within three months, energy was never what was missing.
Organizations of roughly 50 to 5,000 employees, where the buyer is a CEO or founder, an HR or L&D lead, or a manager running a team. Sectors include manufacturing and automotive, IT and software, financial services, professional services, and BPO. Clients include Bosch, Continental, Banca Transilvania, Endava, Deloitte, Bombardier, Groupama, and Autonom.
Across Romania and internationally, for local teams and for organizations operating in several countries. Programs are delivered at the client’s own offices, at offsite venues, or online. The head office is in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, but the delivery location follows the objective of the program and where the participants actually are, rather than where the provider sits.
Since 2008: 600+ programs delivered, 20,000+ participants trained, and an average trainer score of 9.27/10. The company is led by Szilárd Kacsó, CEO: an ICF-certified coach, CNFPA-certified trainer, and the founder of Leadership Architecture. Azimut was certified a WorldBlu Freedom-Centered Workplace three years running, in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Capability programs are measured before and after against the same rubrics, so progress is comparable rather than impressionistic.
Romanian and English, delivered live at the client’s site, at an offsite venue, online, or as a hybrid of those. Mixed cohorts spanning several countries run in English; local teams usually run in Romanian. Between-session practice and the manager reinforcement material stay in the same language as the sessions, so nobody switches language halfway through a program.
Start with the Capability Snapshot: 12 statements, about five minutes, showing which of the four domains (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning) is the actual constraint. The next step is a 45-minute diagnostic conversation with no pitch deck; you leave with a sharper read on the gap whether or not you work with Azimut. Program design comes after that, not before.
