Capability Snapshot · 5 minutes
Where your team stands, and what’s holding it back.
12 questions, about 5 minutes. You’ll get a score across the four domains that decide execution (Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue, Learning), find your main bottleneck, and the right next step for it.
Frequently asked questions
The Capability Snapshot is a free 12-statement self-assessment that shows where your team stands across the four domains that decide execution: Clarity, Accountability, Dialogue and Learning. You get a score out of 100 for each domain, your single biggest bottleneck, what that bottleneck is costing you in practice, and the next step that matches it. The result appears on screen and a copy is emailed to you.
About five minutes. You rate 12 statements from 1 to 5, after three short context questions: your role, what you are assessing (your team, your department or the whole organization) and organization size. It runs on a phone or a laptop in one sitting, with no preparation, no HR data and nobody else’s approval needed. The scores appear as soon as you tell us where to send them.
It is free: no payment, no card, no trial. To see your result you enter a work email and tick the data-processing consent box; first name and company are optional fields. The monthly capability insight is a separate tick box, so you can get the result without subscribing to anything. Nothing is gated before the questions, only the step between your last answer and the scores.
Your answers and the scores derived from them go into our CRM (HubSpot) so we can send you the result. We do not sell data, and we share it only with the providers that help us run the site and client relationships. It is kept no longer than 36 months after the last contact, and you can withdraw consent or request deletion at contact@azimut.team. Scoring is automatic but produces no decision with legal effect on you; in Capability OS programs, AI is not used for employment or performance decisions.
The Snapshot is one person’s read on four domains in five minutes. The Capability Diagnostic is the full organizational diagnostic: it runs three to four weeks, measures all 12 behavioral clusters across the relevant audiences, shows which gap is costing the most, and ends in a report plus a program recommendation. The Snapshot tells you where to look. The Diagnostic gives you evidence from your own organization, audience by audience.
Anyone accountable for how a team works: CEOs and founders, HR and L&D leads, managers and team leads. You choose at the start whether you are assessing your own team, your department or the whole organization, and the recommendation adjusts to that choice. It serves as a quick team assessment whether the company is under 50 people or over 1,000. You do not need to be an Azimut client, and nobody else has to take part.
Each statement maps to one of the 12 behavioral clusters in Capability OS, three per domain. Clarity covers priority translation, decision ownership and expectation framing. Accountability covers commitment discipline, ownership and follow-through, and performance correction. Dialogue covers active listening, constructive dissent and feedback exchange. Learning covers reflection, experimentation and knowledge integration. Each domain score is the average of its three statements, and the lowest-scoring domain becomes your bottleneck.
You see the result immediately: the overall score, the four domain bands, your main bottleneck and the recommended next step, which is the matching Domain Lab when a single domain falls into the red. A copy goes to your inbox. Your result reaches us too, so if you book the 45-minute conversation we start from your scores rather than a pitch deck. You can retake it a few months later to see what moved.
