Structure and duration

  • The program consists of 6-12 coach-participant dialog sessions
  • Each session takes a maximum of 60 minutes
  • During these sessions, the coach becomes the participants’ partner, helping him/her to reach the development objectives assumed by mutual agreement
  • The dates of the sessions are agreed upon, at a maximum interval of two weeks between them
  • Sessions can take place online or face-to-face
